The system collates the products, pair them, stack them into packs and strap the packs. It can handle a variety of sections, with lengths ranging from 2m to 7.2m at a line speed of 80 m/min.

Apex Automation and Robotics delivered an end-to-end complete turnkey system for inspecting, bagging and palletising HDPE bottles. The system includes a pallet dispenser, 4 robots, 2 baggers, and 2 QC inspection stations. Each QC station includes a check-weigher, metal detector, leak tester and a vision system.
Designed for 24hr operations, this system is able to produce a wide variety of bottles with a throughput of more than 8000 bottles/hr.
